Shipping and Return
I. Shipping: Delivery Methods, Times, and Rates

For all shipping outside of France. We take care of selecting the most reliable and competitive carrier.
Good to know :
- La Caravelle ships all orders within 24/48 hours.
- For each shipment, the carrier provides you with an online parcel tracking number.
- For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties to be paid by customer may apply. Moreover, packages may be held in customs for several days, thus extending the delivery time.
II. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: How It Works
Our customers have a 14-day period to request a return or exchange, starting from the receipt of their order.
Here is the procedure to follow:
Step 1: Ensure your order is eligible for return
To be valid, any returned order must still include all its components as delivered: accessories, labels, adhesive hygiene strip unremoved, etc. A damaged or deteriorated item cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Step 2: Request a return or exchange
Submit your request to the email address order@lacaravelle-swimwear.com, including:
- Your first and last name
- Your invoice number
You will receive an email within 24 hours with instructions for returning your order. From that moment, you have 7 days to ship back your order (postmark as proof). After this period, no item can be exchanged or refunded. Additionally, please keep proof of shipment; without it, we cannot refund or exchange an item in case of delivery issues.
Step 3: Validation of your return request
Upon receiving your order, we verify its compliance with our return policy within 24–48 hours. If everything is compliant, we will ship a new item (if you requested an exchange) or issue a refund within 7 days.
Regarding Refunds
Full and Partial Refunds
La Caravelle refunds the full amount of the ordered item(s) as well as the shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Express deliveries are refunded at the rate of standard delivery in accordance with current French legislation. Return shipping costs, however, remain the responsibility of the customer.
Special Cases of Partial or Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that La Caravelle cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier. No compensation, partial or full, can be claimed in this situation.
Additionally, an order cannot be refunded in the following cases :
- The returned item is damaged. In this case, a deduction, the amount of which is assessed by La Caravelle, is applied proportional to the degree of damage. If the damage is such that the item becomes unsellable, La Caravelle will not issue a refund and will return the item to the customer.
- The item was customized at the customer’s request, making it unsellable to other customers (e.g., added embellishments, special color, embroidery, etc.).
